Venture, a Partnership owns the property on the south side of 24th Street, opposite Wilson Avenue. A driveway into their property (west of the Denny's Restaurant) forms the southerly leg of the intersection which is to be signalized. A traffic signal pole and detector loops will be installated in private property owned by C.I.P. Venture, a Partnership.
