On March 27, 1990 the City Council authorized the City Engineer to enter
into an acquisition escrow for the purchase of the property at 2021 Euclid
Avenue frau Ada E. Hayer for the construction of the Euclid Avenue widening
project frail 20th to 22nd Streets (Escrow No. 119914-CT).
As part of this escrow, the City ayreed that Mrs. Hager would reserve the
riyht to sell and remove the existiny structures on her property, on the
condition that the future buyer of the structures has to quitclaim all of
his/her interest on this property to the City.
Mrs. Sheri Lynn Todus has purchased the structure, therefore, she is
required to quitclaim her interest on this property to the City.

ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY FROM
' SHERI LYNN-TODUS AND DIRECTING RECORDATION
OF A QUITCLAIM DEED OF A PARCEL OF LAND
FOR STREET PURPOSES (A.P.N. 558-281-04)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
National City, California, as follows:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is
hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to
record the following instrument conveying an interest in real
estate to the City of National City:
QUITCLAIM DEED dated June 25, 1990, from SHERI LYNN
TODUS.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of July, 1990.
