Hayer for the construction of the Euclid Avenue widening project frail 20th to 22nd Streets (Escrow No. 119914-CT). As part of this escrow, the City ayreed that Mrs. Hager would reserve the riyht to sell and remove the existiny structures on her property, on the condition that the future buyer of the structures has to quitclaim all of his/her interest on this property to the City. Mrs. Sheri Lynn Todus has purchased the structure, therefore, she is required to quitclaim her interest on this property to the City.
