Jose and Esther Valdez, owner of the property at 53 "S" Avenue, A.P.N. 552- 401-21, have offered to the City of National City a deed for a parcel of land needed for the Division Street Riyht-of-Way. This parcel of land is beiny dedicated as a condition for obtaininy a buildiny permit. the dedicated parcel of land is located at the northeast corner of "S" and Division Street.
