EXPLANATION.
Jose and Esther Valdez, owner of the property at 53 "S" Avenue, A.P.N. 552-
401-21, have offered to the City of National City a deed for a parcel of
land needed for the Division Street Riyht-of-Way. This parcel of land is
beiny dedicated as a condition for obtaininy a buildiny permit. the
dedicated parcel of land is located at the northeast corner of "S" and
Division Street.

RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY
ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY FROM
JOSE AND ESTHER VALDEZ AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION
OF A GRANT DEED FOR A PARCEL OF LAND AT 53 "S" AVENUE
FOR STREET PURPOSES (A.P.N. 552-401-21)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
National City, California, as follows:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is
hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to
record the following instrument conveying an interest in real
estate to the City of National City:
GRANT DEED dated June 29, 1990, from JOSE AND ESTHER
VALDEZ, (husband and wife).
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of October, 1990.

That portion of land in Lot 53 per Map No. 3292 in the City of National
City, County of San Diego, State of California, said map recorded in the
County Recorder's Office of said County on 25th August 1955, described as
follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot 53; thence south 71 46'30"
west 70.73 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing south 71
46'30" west 6.95 feet to a point of tangency to a curve concave to the
northeast with a radius of 20 feet and a central angle of 108 34'30";
thence westerly and northerly along said curve a distance of 37.90 feet
through an angle of 108 34' 30" to an intersection with the west line of
said lot 53; thence continuing along said west line north 0 21'00" east
6.95 feet to an intersection with a curve concave to the northeast with a
radius of 25 feet and a central angle of 108 34'30"; thence southerly and
easterly along said curve a distance of 47.37 feet through an angle 108
34'30" to a point of tangency to the south line of said Lot 53, the TRUE
