Mr. and Mrs. Joe and Jenny Guerena, owners of the property at 2105 Division Street, A.P.N. 552-423-05, have offered to the City of National City a deed for a parcel of land needed for the Division Street right-of-way. The dedicated parcel of land is approximately 232 square feet and it is located at the northeast corner of Division Street and "U" Avenue.
