EXPLANATION.
Mr. and Mrs. Enrique and Juana Quinata, owners of the property at 2037
Division Street, A.P.N. 552-422-10, have offered to the City of National
City a deed for a parcel of land needed for the Division Street right-of-
way. The dedicated parcel of land is approximately 89 square feet and it
is located at the northwest corner of Division Street and "U" Avenue.

NATIONAL CITY ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY
FROM ENRIQUE C. AND JUANA QUINATA AND DIRECTING THE
RECORDATION OF A GRANT DEED FOR A PARCEL OF LAND AT
2037 DIVISION STREET FOR STREET PURPOSES

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
National City as follows:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is
hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to
t
record the following instrument conveying an intetrest in real
estate to the City of National City:
GRANT DEED dated October 11, 1990, from ENRIQUE C. and
JUANA QUINATA, husband and wife as joint tenants.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 23rd day of October, 1990.
