November 13, 1990 4 MEETING DATE AGENDA ITEM NO. 1 ITEM TITLE RESOLUTION QUITCLAIMING A DRAINAGE EASEMENT ON THE SOUTHSIDE OF 30TH STREET BETWEEN "L" AND EDGEMERE AVENUES A.P.N. 563-370-19, 25, AND 26 TO RIO SWEETWATER INVESTORS, LTD., A CALIFORNIA PREPARED BY LIMITED PARTNERSHIP DEPARTMENT Cameron Berkuti Engineering In 1959 the City acquired an easement on the southside of 30th Street from "L" Avenue to Edgemere Avenue (A.P.N. 563-370-19, 25, and 26) for the constructing, maintaining and operating of storm sewers. Due to the construction of the Sweetwater Channel, the existing drainage pattern was modified, therefor, this easement is no longer needed. Environmental Review __x N / A Financial Statement The drainage easement will revert back to the property owner, who had previously dedicated it to the City.
