PREPARED BY DEPARTMENT Din Daneshfar Engineering In 1953, the City acquired an easement on the property (A.P.N. 557-220-19) which is generally located between the I-805 Freeway and Paradise Drive and between 9th Street and 10th Street, for the construction, maintainance and operation of a sewer line. Due to the abandonment of the sewer line, the existing easement is no longer needed. Environmental Review X N/A Financial Statement The sewer easement will revert back to the property owner, who had previously dedicated it to the City.
