PREPARED BY: Charles Nissley PHONE: 336-4396 EXPLANATION: DEPARTMENT: Engineering/Public Works APPROVED BY: White Whale Properties, Inc., a California Corporation, is the owner of the property located at 1640 Orange Street in National City. As a requirement for the development of their site, they were conditioned to install sidewalk that is missing along their property frontage. The right of way along the property frontage is not wide enough for the new sidewalk; therefore a partial street dedication is required. White Whale Properties, Inc. has prepared a Grant Deed to dedicate the necessary right of way to install the missing sidewalk. White Whales Properties, Inc. is asking the City to accept the Grant Deed. FINANCIAL STATEMENT: APPROVED: Finance ACCOUNT NO.
