Plaza Boulevard in National City (APN 557-410-20). They are currently constructing a 77 unit apartment complex on site. In order to accommodate public improvements associated with the Plaza Boulevard Widening Project, Silvergate Plaza Investors, LLC have executed a Street Easement grant deed and are requesting that the City accept and record the grant deed.
