Supporting Information
During installation of the subpanel A within the electrical room, the Contractor identified the need for
coordination with SDG&E for the electrical shutdown The existing switchgear had four existing fuse panels
installed As per California Electrical Code, the switchgear is not required to have a City owned shutoff for power
on any gear that has less than 6 switch panels
This Change Order provides for the service outage fee as well as the site labor required for onsite coordination
during the shutdown
Time Adjustment
Zero (0) worlang days are to be added to the contract
Cost Adjustment
The additional cost for this change in the scope of work has been agreed upon at a lump sum price of $5,200 28.
The cost for this work was determined by force account
The pay method and amount have been reviewed by the Project Manager and'are considered fair and reasonable The
