Huth, Interim City Manager Barry J. Schultz, City Attorney Shelley Chapel, City Clerk (via Zoom) Bruce Foltz, Director of Finance Tonya Hussain, Deputy City Clerk Conchita Waite, Acting Human Resources Director 1. CALL TO ORDER A Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of National City was called to order at 4:05 p.m. via teleconference and in the Council Chamber, located in City Hall, 1243 National City Boulevard, National City, California. 2. ROLL CALL Councilmembers present: Molina, Rodriguez, Yamane, Bush, Morrison 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Councilmember Yamane led the Pledge of Allegiance. 4. PUBLIC COMMENT (Public Comment will be Restricted to Agenda Items Only) The Mayor has allowed two-minutes for comment. 5.
