RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY, CALIFORNIA,
DESIGNATING A VOTING DELEGATE AND UP TO TWO ALTERNATES TO REPRESENT
THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY AT THE 2025 LEAGUE OF CALIFORNIA CITIES ANNUAL
CONFERENCE & EXPO.
WHEREAS, the City of National City ("City") is a member of good standing of the League
of California Cities ("League"); and
WHEREAS, a representative from the City will be attending the 2025 League Annual
Conference & Expo October 8-10, 2025; and
WHEREAS, each member city has a right to cast one vote on matters pertaining to League
policy at the conference; and
WHEREAS, consistent with the League bylaws, a city's voting delegate and/or alternate
must be designated by City Council action, and the individual(s) are identified in the Voting
Delegate Form provided to the League Credential Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY,
CALIFORNIA, DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the City Council hereby authorizes and designates the following
Voting Delegate and Alternate(s) to the 2025 League of California Cities Annual Conference:
Voting Delegate: Mar S ?)V(-1A
Alternate 1: ?rAV0 WrG1q
Alternate 2:
Section 2: That this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
Section 3: That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this
Resolution and enter it into the book of original Resolutions.
Section 4: That the City Clerk shall forward a certified copy of the signed Resolution
to the League of California Cities no later than the September 24, 2025 deadline.
