NATIONAL CITY AND
ALEXANDRA INVESTMENTS, INC. DBA ANGELO'S TOWING & RECOVERY
THIS THIRD AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT is entered into this 1't day of
October, 2025, by and between the CITY OF NATIONAL CITY, a municipal corporation
("CITY"), and ALEXANDRA INVESTMENTS, INC. DBA ANGELO'S TOWING &
RECOVERY (the "CONTRACTOR").
RECITALS
WHEREAS, the CITY and the CONTRACTOR entered into an Agreement on August 25,
2021 ("the Agreement"), wherein the CONTRACTOR agreed to provide towing and impound
services for the City of National City Police Department for the period of October 1, 2021 through
September 30, 2023; and
WHEREAS, the original terms of the Agreement allowed for the Agreement to be
extended by mutual agreement upon the same terms and conditions for three (3) additional one (1)
year terms approved in writing by the Chief of Police; and
WHEREAS, on October 1, 2023, CITY and CONTRACTOR entered into a First
Amendment to the Agreement to exercise the first of the three (3) extension options, extending the
Agreement by one (1) year to September 30, 2024; and
WHEREAS, on October 1, 2024, CITY and CONTRACTOR entered into a Second
Amendment to the Agreement to exercise the second of the three (3) extension options, extending.
the Agreement by one (1) year to September 30, 2025; and
WHEREAS, the Chief of Police, by this Third Amendment, approves and confirms further
renewal of the Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to extend the agreement for the third of three (3) possible
extensions, effective October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026, on the same terms and
conditions as the Agreement.
AGREEMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree that the Agreement entered into on August
25, 2021 for the term of October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2023, as previously extended by
the First and Second Amendments, shall be extended for one (1) year, effective October 1, 2025
through September 30, 2026.
The parties further agree that each and every term and provision of the Agreement dated
August 25, 2021, as amended by the First and Second Amendments, shall remain in full force and
effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Third Amendment to the
Agreement �n the date and year first above written.
