i . The Firefighters' Association understands that the City will restore
two (2) Firefighter positions --temporary until January 1995--then
converted to permanent status, which addresses safety and morale
issues of the FFA.
2. Maximum vacation accumulation increase from 2 times annual accrual
to 2.5 times accrual.
3. Use of a maximum sixty days sick leave (instead of 30) for non -work
related injuries, before disability insurance goes into effect.
4. Sick leave incentive pay increased from 25 % to 50% : to be available
August 1995.
mas 5. All overtime earned after actually working 212 hours in a 28 day pay
period shall be available in cash, retroactive to August 2, 1994.
6. Minor language changes of an operational nature.
1. Increase salaries either 3%, 2% or 1 % in September 1995 contingent
on revenues reaching minimums.
