RESOLUTION OF CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING AMENDED CITY COUNCIL POLICY NO. 105, REQUEST BY A MEMBER OF THE
CITY COUNCIL TO PLACE AN ITEM ON A CITY COUNCIL AGENDA.
WHEREAS, City of National City ("City") City Council has reviewed and determined the
amendments proposed to this policy to be clear and effective process; and
WHEREAS, has determined that the amendments are in compliance with the Ralph M.
Brown Act.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY
CALIFORNIA, DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Authorize updates to the following City Council Policy: Policy No. 105 —
Request by Member of the City Council to Place an Item on a City Council Agenda.
Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify the passage and adoption of this Resolution and
enter it into the book of original Resolutions.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 215t day of October, 2025.
