1. CALL TO ORDER
A Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of National City was called to order at
1:00 p.m. via teleconference and in the Council Chamber, located in City Hall, 1243
National City Boulevard, National City, California.
2. ROLL CALL
Councilmembers present: Molina, Rodriguez, Yamane, Bush, Morrison
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG
Councilmember Rodriguez led the Pledge of Allegiance.
4. PUBLIC COMMENT (Public Comment will be restricted to Agenda Items Only)
No Public Comment.

Members retired into Closed Session at 1:05 p.m.

5.1 PUBLIC EMPLOYEE EMPLOYMENT
Government Code Section 54957(b)(1)
Position to be filled: City Manager
and returned at 7.00 p.m. with all
Yamane, Morrison, Molina, and
Executive Directors Chapel, Foltz, Ghio, Hernandez, Manganiello, Mora, and Human
Resources Representation Waite entered Closed Session at 1:05 p.m. and left at 6:05
p.m.
There was no action taken.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Morrison adjourned to the Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of National
City, Tuesday, November 18, 2025, 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber, located in City Hall,
1243 National City Boulevard, National City, California.
The meeting adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
