AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT
BY AND BETWEEN
THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY
AND
DTA PUBLIC FINANCE, INC.
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT is entered into this 20`h day of January,
2026, by and between the CITY OF NATIONAL CITY, a municipal corporation ("CITY"), and DTA
PUBLIC FINANCE, INC., a California corporation ("CONSULTANT").
RECITALS
WHEREAS, the CITY and the CONSULTANT (formerly identified as "David Taussig and
Associates, Inc. dba DTA") entered into an agreement on January 29, 2024 ("Agreement"), wherein the
CONSULTANT agreed to provide Development Impact Fee ("DIF") consulting services to CITY, for a
not -to -exceed amount of $45,260, and an initial term of January 17, 2024 through December 31, 2024,
with the option to extend for up to three (3) one-year extensions; and
WHEREAS, based on the CONSULTANT's performance and quality of work, and to ensure
timely completion of DIF consulting services, the CITY desires to have the CONSULTANT continue
providing services, and the CONSULTANT is willing to perform such services; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the Agreement by exercising the first and second of the
three (3) one- year extensions to extend the term of the Agreement to December 31, 2026, and to increase
the not -to -exceed amount by $13,730, for a total not -to -exceed amount of $58,990.
AGREEMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree that:
1. The January 29, 2024 Agreement in exercise of the extension provision, is hereby amended to
extend the term of the Agreement by two (2) years to December 31, 2026.
2. The January 29, 2024 Agreement is hereby amended to increase the not -to -exceed amount by
$13,730, for a total not -to -exceed amount of $58,990.
3. The parties further agree that, with the foregoing exceptions, each and every other term and
provision of the January 29, 2024 Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Amendment to the
Agreement on the date and year first above written.
