1 CALL TO ORDER
A Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of National City was called to order at
4:05 p.m. via teleconference and in the Council Chamber, located in City Hall, 1243
National City Boulevard, National City, California.
2. ROLL CALL
Councilmembers present: Bush (arrived 4:30 p.m.), Rodriguez, Yamane (arrived at 4:06
p.m.), Molina, Morrison
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG
Vice -Mayor Molina led the Pledge of Allegiance.
4. PUBLIC COMMENT (Public Comment will be restricted to Agenda Items Only)

5. CLOSED SESSION
Members retired into Closed Session at 4:16 p.m. and returned at 6:00 p.m. with all
members present in attendance: Bush (arrived at 4:30 p.m.), Rodriguez, Yamane, Molina,
Morrison, Skinner, and Romero.
Staff entered Closed Session at 4:16 p.m. for Item No. 5.4; Hicks, Juarez, Romero, and
Hernandez.
Interim City Attorney Skinner, and Acting Deputy City Manager Krepps entered Closed
Session at 4:20 p.m. for Item No. 5.3.
Acting Police Chief Sullivan entered Closed Session at 4:30 p.m. for Item No. 5.2; Hicks,
Juarez, Skinner, Krepps, Sullivan, and Hernandez.
Item No. 5.1 discussion began at 5:56 p.m. with Hernandez, Juarez, Skinner, and
Krepps attending.
Interim City Attorney Skinner announced there was no reportable action taken by the City
Council.
