Subject: Change Order No.29
Change Order No.29 provides for:
Additional 3433 square feet of procuring and installing High-Performance Turf Reinforcing Mat(TRM)system for
approximate Stations 4+84 to 10+70 for anchor trenches.
Payment for this change order was determined by line items attached.
Supporting Information:
CO#25 covered the square feet measurements of the TRM system installed on the slopes and bottom of the
creek for approximate stations 4+84 to 10+70.The anchor trenches for the TRM system were not measured
and needed to be included for an additional 3433 SF.
Time Adjustment:
Zero(0)working days are to be added to the contract.
Cost Adjustment:
The additional cost for this change in the scope of work has been agreed upon at a lump sum price of$20,598.00
The pay method and amount have been reviewed by the Project Manager and are considered fair and reasonable.The
supporting documentation is on file with the project records.

This Change Order modifies Contractor's and the City's obligations and rights under the abovementioned
contract. This change order is not effective until approved by the City.
Time adjustment:
Zero(0)working days are be added to the contract.
Cost of Change Order:
The City and the Contractor agree that the Contractor is to proceed with an additional 3433 square feet
of procuring and installing High-Performance Turf Reinforcing Mat(TRM)system for approximate
Stations 4+84 to 10+70 for anchor trenches.The total amount for all labor, material, equipment and all
other associated work is$20,598.00.

By signing this Change Order the Contrac or confirms that he/she is completely familiar with and has fairly
negotiated its price, terms and conditions. If this Change Order is approved, Contractor will provide all of the
equipment, materials and labor necessary to provide a complete work as described above at that the price
stated herein. Contractor confirms that the price is fair and complete and represents all costs associated with
the work, including but not limited to all equipment, materials, labor, supervision, overhead, fees, bonds,
insurance, profit, etc. and that there will be no further compensation. All of the terms and conditions of the
original contract documents are incorporated herein. The signer for the Contractor confirms that he/she is
authorized to bind the Contractor to this Change Order.
