Supporting Information: The Las Palmas Pool Modular Building contract was initially awarded with Modular Building E included in the scope of work. However,this component was subsequently removed from the project when the splash pad portion of the Las Palmas Park Improvements was not awarded due to budget constraints.At the time of this change,the modular building contractor had already incurred costs related to the design of both the modular structure and its associated footings.These completed designs have been retained by the City for potential future use. Time Adjustment: Zero(0)working days are to be added to the contract. Cost Adjustment: The additional cost for this change in the scope of work has been agreed upon at a lump sum price of$12,038.75. Cost of Change Order: The City and the Contractor agree that the Contractor incurred costs associated with the removal of bid line items 9, 10, 11 and 12 from removing Modular Building E from the scope of work.The total amount for all labor,material,equipment and all other associated work is$12,038.75. If this Change Order is approved,Contractor will provide all of the equipment, materials and labor necessary to provide a complete work as described above at that the price stated herein. Contractor confirms that the price is fair and complete and represents all costs associated with the work, including but not limited to all equipment, materials, labor, supervision, overhead, fees, bonds, insurance, profit,etc. and that there will be no further compensation. All of the terms and conditions of the original contract documents are incorporated herein.
