Subject: Change Order No.2
Change Order No.2 provides for:
A quantity adjustment for additional fencing to complete the project in accordance with the contract documents.
Supporting Information:
During construction, it was determine that the alignment of the new fence will be altered and additional linear
footage of fencing was necessary to meet the intended limits and function requirements of the project.
Time Adjustment:
Zero(0)working days are to be added to the Contract for additional time
Cost Adjustment:
This change order provides for the installation of an additional thirty-five(35)linear feet of fencing,captured
under Bid Line-Item No.7 Cable Railing.The quantity ensures continuity of fencing and full compliance with the
projects scope and design intent. No new scope of work was introduced,and this change represents a unit price
quantity adjustment only.The total amount for this work is$3,951.50.
The pay method and amount have been reviewed by the Senior Project Manager and are considered fair and
reasonable.The supporting documentation is on file with the project records.

This Change Order modifies Contractor's and the City's obligations and rights under the abovementioned
contract. This change order is not effective until approved by the City.
Time adjustment:
Zero(0)working days are to be added to the Contract time.
Cost 4f Change Order:
The City and the Contractor agree that the additional thirty-five(35)linear feet of fencing required to
complete the work shall be captured under Bid Line-Item No.7—Cable Railing.The additional quantity
was necessary to fully construct the project in accordance with the contract documents.The linear
footage shall be compensated at the original bid unit price$112.90 per linear foot,resulting in a total
change order amount of$3,951.50.This change represents a unit-price quantity adjustment only.No
changes have been made to the scope of work,unit prices,or contract time.The total amount of
$3,951.50 includes all labor,materials,equipment and all other costs associated and necessary to
perform the additional work under this change order.

By signing this Change Order the Contractor confirms that he/she is completely familiar with and has fairly
negotiated its price,terms and conditions.If this Change Order is approved,Contractor will provide all of the
equipment,materials and labor necessary to provide a complete work as described above at that the price
stated herein. Contractor confirms that the price is fair and complete and represents all costs associated with
the work, including but not limited to all equipment, materials, labor, supervision, overhead, fees, bonds,
insurance,profrt,etc.and that there will be no further compensation. All of the terms and conditions of the
original contract documents are incorporated herein. The signer for the Contractor confirms that he/she is
