RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NATIONAL CITY GIVING NOTICE OF
INTENTION TO VACATE A PORTION OF
E. 19m STREET, EAST OF EUCLID AVENUE
AND WEST OF VALLE VISTA AVENUE
CASE FILE NO. SC-1998-1
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of National City hereby declares its intention to
vacate, pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of
California, a portion of E. 19th Street, east of Euclid Avenue and west of Valle Vista Avenue,
in the City of National City, more particularly described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and
incorporated herein as though set forth in full.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
National City, that the time for hearing any and all persons interested in or objecting to the
proposed vacation is hereby set for 6:00 p.m., November 24, 1998 in the City Council
Chambers in the Civic Center in the City of National City, California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Engineer of the City of National City is
hereby directed to post notice of the passage of this Resolution and the time and place of
hearing in accordance with law.
