SC-1998-1 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of National City hereby declares its intention to vacate, pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of California, a portion of E. 19th Street, east of Euclid Avenue and west of Valle Vista Avenue, in the City of National City, more particularly described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein as though set forth in full.
