The project site is an existing restaurant space located between two commercial centers at the east end of Plaza
Blvd. between Olive Street and East 8th Street. The previous restaurant (Manila Tokyo) was issued a Department
of Alcoholic Beverage Control permit in 1993.
The applicant wishes to continue operation under the existing license, but wishes to expand the restaurant (Tita's
II) and offer live entertainment, thus triggering the need for a Conditional Use Permit. The attached background
report describes the project
