Resolution of the City Council of National City accepting the work from ATP General Engineering with
the final amount of $2,843,844.49, ratifying the filed Notice of Completion with the County Recorder
and authorizing the release of remaining retention in the amount of $142,192.22 for the National City
Street Resurfacing throughout the City (Funding is through Gas Tax).
