EXPLANATION:
Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on April 18, 2011, where the Commission voted to approve
the requested Conditional Use Permit based on required findings and subject to Conditions of Approval. City
Council set the item for hearing at their May 3, 2011 meeting. The attached background report describes the
proposal in detail.
