I am submitting an .amended City of National City Application for Appointment to City
Boards, Commission and Committee. Attached, please find revised application, along
with updated resume. This application shall replace the application submitted on January
25, 2011.
I would like to take this opportunity to convey what a pleasure it has been to serve :as a
volunteer on the Community and Police Review Commission. It has been very
rewarding and great learning experience to have been appointed to serve the City of
