SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND FULL RECONVEYANCE
WHEREAS, CONSTELLATION PROPERTY GROUP (A AVENUE) LP, a Delaware limited partnership, was the original
Trustor, STEWART TITLE OF CALIFORNIA, INC, the original Trustee, and COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY, a public body, corporate and politic, the Beneficiary, under that certain Deed of Trust dated
December 13, 2007 and recorded on December 24, 2007, as Instrument No. 2007-0789163, or in book , page
, Official Records of the County of San Diego, State of California, and affecting the land described in said Deed of
Trust, and
WHEREAS the undersigned Beneficiary desires to substitute a new Trustee under said Deed of Trust in place and
stead of STEWART TITLE OF CALIFORNIA, INC.;
NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned hereby substitutes itself as Trustee under said Deed of Trust and does hereby
reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the Estate now held by it thereunder.
THIS FULL RECONVEYANCE IS MADE WITHOUT AFFECTING THE PERSONAL LIABILITY OF TRUSTOR
CONSTELLATION PROPERTY GROUP (A AVENUE), LP, A DELAWARE LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, OR ANY OTHER
PERSON OR ENTITY, FOR PAYMENT OF THE INDEBTEDNESS SECURED BY SAID DEED OF TRUST. THE NOTE OR
OTHER OBLIGATIONS SECURED BY SAID DEED OF TRUST HAVE NOT BEEN PAID AND ARE NOT CANCELLED, AND
REMAIN VALID OBLIGATIONS ACCORDING TO THEIR TERMS.
