Resolution of the City Council of the City of National City calling and giving notice of the holding of a General
Municipal Election to be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2012, for the election of two members of the City
Council, a City Treasurer and a City Clerk as required by the provisions of the laws of the state of California
relating to general law cities.

The proposed Resolution would call and give notice of a General Municipal Election to be held on
November 6, 2012, for the purpose of electing two (2) members of the City Council for a full term
of four (4) years, a City Treasurer for a full term of four (4) years and a City Clerk for a full term of
four (4) years.
