HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutionRESOLUTION NO. 2013 — RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS LIMIT OF $50,310,858 FOR FISCAL YEAR 2013 - 2014 WHEREAS Article XIII-B of the California Constitution provides that appropriations made by State and local governments shall be changed annually by a factor comprised of the change in population and the change in the cost of living. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the population change factors to be used in calculating the appropriations limit for fiscal year 2013 - 2014 shall be as set forth in Attachment "1." BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the cost of living factors to be used in calculating the appropriations limit for fiscal year 2013 - 2014 shall be as set forth in Attachment 1. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the appropriation limit for fiscal year 2013 - 2014 shall be $50,310,858, as set forth in Attachment "1."
