The applicant is requesting to sell distilled spirits for off -site consumption Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and until 11:00 p.m. on Saturday. Distilled spirits would be stored in a secure cabinet located behind the cashier area. Council reviewed the Notice of Decision of the Planning Commission's approval at their meeting of December 3, 2013 and set the item for hearing in order to discuss Conditions of Approval.
