EXPLANATION
The project location is Napoleone's Pizza House, a restaurant located at 619 National City Blvd. in
Development Zone 3 (DZ-3) of the Downtown Specific Plan. The applicant is requesting to sell beer and
wine for on -site consumption between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. seven days a week.
Council reviewed the Notice of Decision of the Planning Commission's approval at their meeting of March 4,
2014 and set the item for hearing in order to discuss the item. The attached background report describes the
proposal in detail.
