The applicant is requesting to sell beer and wine for on -site consumption between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. seven days a week. Council reviewed the Notice of Decision of the Planning Commission's approval at their meeting of March 4, 2014 and set the item for hearing in order to discuss the item.
