Such a purchase would include the contract between National City and Hartson Medical Services for ambulance services. Re -assignment of the ambulance contract would cause Laidlaw to become obligated under the terms, conditions, and specifications as those currently in effect between National City and Hartson Medical Services. Subject to your approval and the closing of the transaction between Hartson and Laidlaw, Hartson will assign the Contract to Laidlaw and all of Hartson's rights and duties under the Contract will be assigned to and assumed by Laidlaw.
