Additional Services Fee Proposal - Soil Borings
Dear Steve:
As part of our effort to provide environmental investigation at the existing Public
Works yard, during the effort to obtain soil borings we encountered ground water.
As required by the County of San Diego, Department of Environmental Health we
were required to obtain a retroactive boring permit from the County. This involved
proving additional sample testing, application and reporting, as well as the
application fee. I am requesting a Change Order to my contract to cover the cost
of this effort.
