(Owners) is currently constructing a senior housing and affordable living apartment complex at 1535 Plaza Boulevard. Due to the nature of the prospective clients the Owners were conditioned to construct a bus stop and turn out in front of the apartments and dedicate and if necessary dedicate an additional street easement to accommodate the bus turnout and shelter. The existing street width of Plaza Boulevard adjacent to the site has been found to be to narrow to accommodate the bus turnout and shelter without encroaching onto the Owners property causing the general public to encroach onto the same.
