the Office of the County Recorder of said county on October 15, 1974 as
document No. 74-275627 of official records described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of Parcel "D" of said Parcel Map No.
3114, said point also being on the northerly right-of-way line of Plaza
Boulevard as shown on said map; thence North 61°14'58" East 4.76 feet;
thence North 83°50'00" East 27.01 feet to the beginning of a tangent
curve concave northwesterly and having a radius of 40.00 feet; thence

RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY
ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY
FROM PLAZA CITY APARTMENTS LP, AUTHORIZING
THE RECORDATION OF A STREET EASEMENT FOR A PARCEL
OF LAND FOR STREET PURPOSES AT 1535 PLAZA BOULEVARD,
AND DEDICATING AND NAMING THE PARCEL OF LAND
FRONTING PLAZA BOULEVARD AS PLAZA BOULEVARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City that pursuant to
Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to
record the following instrument conveying an interest real estate to the City of National City:
STREET EASEMENT dated March 18, 2008, from Plaza City Apartments, L.P.
(A. P. N . 557-250-3600).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED as follows:
1. That Plaza City Apartments, L.P. has conveyed the real property described
in the attached Exhibit "A" to the City of National City for right-of-way
purposes.
2. That the City of National City desires that said property be dedicated for
public right-of-way purposes.
3. That the descried parcel of land in Exhibit "A" shall henceforth be known as
a portion of Plaza Boulevard.

property from Plaza City Apartments L.P., authorizing the recordation of a street easement for a parcel of
land for street purposes at 1535 Plaza Boulevard, and dedicating and naming the parcel of land fronting
Plaza Boulevard, as Plaza Boulevard (A.P.N. 557-250-3600)

EXPLANATION
Plaza City Apartments L.P. (Owners) is currently constructing a senior housing and affordable living
apartment complex at 1535 Plaza Boulevard. Due to the nature of the prospective clients the Owners were
conditioned to construct a bus stop and turn out in front of the apartments and dedicate and if necessary
dedicate an additional street easement to accommodate the bus turnout and shelter.
The existing street width of Plaza Boulevard adjacent to the site has been found to be to narrow to
accommodate the bus turnout and shelter without encroaching onto the Owners property causing the
general public to encroach onto the same.
Plaza City Apartment L.P. is dedicating a portion of their property frontage to the city for street easement
purposes to accommodate the bus turnout and shelter
