Home My WebLink About2008 CON Koch Armstrong - Change Order #7 Street Resurfacing Project FY 08-09City of National City National City Streets Resurfacing Project Project #08-04 CHANGE ORDER #7 August 12, 2008 Contractor: KOCH-ARMSTRONG A Change Order is hereby recommended for the following work in the amount identified below: Description of Change in the Contract This Change Order will ADD the application of a root systemic herbicide (i.e. Roundup) per manufacturers specifications on all plant growth existing in all streets where work is remaining to be done. Cost Reconciliation This change in the contract was reviewed and negotiated by and between the City Representatives and the Contractor and represents the entire agreement for the work described herein and includes all costs associated with the work including but not limited to manpower, equipment, labor, fees, taxes, insurance, bonding, overhead, profit, etc. and there will be no other compensation. This Change Order hereby incorporates the original contract and all its referenced documents' terms and conditions. Justification for Change in Contract These changes are made at the request and direction of the City to systemically erradicate the weeds growing in the streets were work is to be done to prevent future damage.
