The owner is requesting that the City Council accept and approve the street dedication. At the present time, the existing sidewalk, curb, and gutter is on private land. The dedication is part of a new parcel map development for the existing sidewalk, curb & gutter. The Street Easement will be filed with the County Recorder when the City Council has approved it.
