Cost Reconciliation This change in the contract was reviewed and negotiated by and between the City Representatives and the Contractor and represents the entire agreement for the work described herein and includes all costs associated with the work including but not limited to manpower, equipment, labor, fees, taxes, insurance, bonding, overhead, profit, etc. and there will be no other compensation.
