Erlinda,
We received 5 copies of Amendment #2 to Agreement 05-018 (Paradise Creek). The signature on
the amendment is Chris Zapata, our City Manager. The original agreement was signed by our
Mayor, Ron Morrison as well as the first copy of this amendment #2.
In order for us to be in compliance for our audits we offer the following options:
• We can "white -out" the City Manager's printed name and type in the Mayor's name and ask him
(the mayor) to sign the amendment.
• We can add the Mayor's name and ask both to sign the amendment.
Please let me know which option will satisfy your requirements as well as the city's need to comply
with our requirements. Thank you.
