The completion date is extended to April 25, 2009. This amendment is deemed effective as of November 29, 2006. SUSPENSION OF AGREEMENT The parties acknowledge that work under this agreement has been suspended, and that the suspension remains in effect until further written notice from the Conservancy. The grantee shall take all reasonable measures to prevent further costs to the Conservancy during the suspension. All other terms and conditions of the existing agreement shall remain in effect. The signature on the amendment is Chris Zapata, our City Manager. The original agreement was signed by our Mayor, Ron Morrison as well as the first copy of this amendment #2. In order for us to be in compliance for our audits we offer the following options: • We can "white -out" the City Manager's printed name and type in the Mayor's name and ask him (the mayor) to sign the amendment. • We can add the Mayor's name and ask both to sign the amendment. Please let me know which option will satisfy your requirements as well as the city's need to comply with our requirements.
