WHEREAS, Luis I. Tellez & Rose M. Duarte de Tellez as the original Trustor, and National Pacific Mortgage
Corporation as the original Trustee, and Community Development Commission of the City of National City the original
Beneficiary under that certain Deed of Trust, Dated November 10, 1997 and Recorded November 14, 1997 as Instrument
No. 1997-0577122 in the Official Records of the County of San Diego State of California and more particularly described as
follows:
THE SOUTHERLY 46 FEET OF THE EASTERLY HALF OF LOT 15 OF THELEN'S RESUBDIVISION OF A PORTION OF 10 ACRE LOT 1 IN
QUARTER SECTION 155 OF RANCHO DE LA NACION, IN THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY, COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
ACCORDING TO MAP THEREOF NO. 1233, FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAID SAN DIEGO COUNTY ON FEBRUARY
3, 1910.
WHEREAS, the undersigned desires to substitute a new Trustee under said Deed of Trust in Place and instead of National
Pacific Mortgage Corporation. NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned hereby substitutes Community Development
Commission of the City of National City as Trustee under said Deed of Trust and does hereby RECONVEY, WITHOUT
WARRANTY, to the person or persons legally entitled hereto, the Estate now neld hereunder.
