The header shall be installed at both ends of each pervious concrete section and between the pervious concrete and the asphalt. There will be approximately 1,260 LF of new concrete header. The pervious concrete is in the parking areas. It is also necessary in the future when the City would repair the street to protect the pervious concrete. This change order adds value to the end product. Cost Reconciliation This change in the contract was reviewed and negotiated by and between the City Representatives and the Contractor and represents the entire agreement for the work described herein and includes all costs associated with the work including but not limited to manpower, equipment, labor, fees, taxes, insurance, bonding, overhead, profit, etc. and there will be no other compensation. This Change Order hereby incorporates the original contract and all its referenced documents' terms, conditions, and plans for the work as provided by the City.
