Korte are the owners of the property located at 2240 Rachael Avenue have offered to the City of National City a street easement for the dedication of the existing Westerly 20 feet of their property on Harbison Avenue for City right-of-way purposes. The dedication of the land was a condition for the approval of the building permit for a new garage on the property. The parcel of land offered for dedication is 20 feet wide and 66 feet long.
