CHANGE ORDER No. 2 November 19. 2010 Reason/Purpose for this Change Order: The cross -gutter at 8th st & D ave was originally included in Drainage Improvements Project FY 10-11, Spec 10 03. However, we found out that this particular cross gutter will be removed and replaced as a part of another project in the near future. The city is therefore removing the cross gutter at 8th & D from the Drainage Improvement Project FY 10-11, Spec 10-03. After removing this cross gutter extra funds have been made available to perform more work. As a result city has decided to add Bid Alternate #1 and Bid Alternate #2 to the project to use the extra funds available. The additive alternates are to be done by the contractor for the same price that was bid on the base bid per every related line item.
