CHANGE ORDER No. 3 December 10, 2010 Reason/Purpose for this Change Order: In order to match the existing asphalt with the cross gutter and make the transition of asphalt to cross gutter a smooth transition, a larger section of AC pavement should be removed and replaced. The following location will require a wider section of AC pavement to be removed and replaced: 21 st & F. The removal and replacement of AC Pavement will be done for the same price as line item # 8 at a price of $3.5 per Square Foot. The City of National City and Contractor agree to the following change to the original Contract: At 21st & F: 5 feet of AC removal and replacement on the 21st (East side) and 2 feet on F (West side) for a total of 5"37'=185SF and 2'*80'=160SF.
