(Reason/Purpose for this Change Order:
After completing the widening of the field to the North it became evident that this would result in depressed area
outside the field in the northeast corner that would not drain properly. This change is work adds a drain for that
area and pipe to the existing 60" storm drain. Additionally, the grass area to the south on the east side also has
an area that has a small depressed area that cannot be effectively graded to drain and requires a similar drain
and pipe.

1 The City of National City and Contractor agree to the following change to the original Contract:
;The Contractor shall install 140 feet of 6" SDR 35 PVC drain pipe from the existing 60" storm drain to the new
1 12" PPC concrete area drain with metal grate (Brooks, or equal) located 10 feet from the northeast corner of the
!soccer field and 20 feet of 6" SDR 35 PVC drain pipe from the existing area drain southeast of the soccer field
to the north to a new 12" PPC concrete area drain with metal grate (Brooks, or equal) located 15 feet from the
1DG south of the soccer field. All locations of new drains and pipe to directed by the Field Engineer. Lump sum
!price shall include all materials, labor, equipment, overhead, profit, bond, insurance and any other costs
associated witht the complete installation of the drain systems per Greenbook specifications and directions of
the Field Engineer and there will be no other costs to the City.

its price, terms and conditions. If this Change Order is approved, Contractor will provide all of the equipment, materials and labor necessary to •
provide a complete work as described above at that the price stated herein. Additionally, Contractor confirms that the price is fair and complete
and represents all costs associated with the work, including but not limited to all equipment, materials, labor, supervision, overhead, fees,
bonds, insurance, profit, etc. and that there will be no further compensation. All of the terms and conditions of the original contract documents
are incorporated herein.
