Reason/Purpose for this Change Order:
!Due to the lead time for obtaining the welded wire fence Alternate Bid "D", Vinyl Coated Change Link Fence
shall be installed in lieu of Alternate Bid "C", Welded Wire Fence.
CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
February 21, 2011
The City of National City and Contractor agree to the following change to the original Contract:
The Contractor agrees to install all items listed in Alternate Bid "D" at the prices listed in the Contractor's
Bidder's Proposal. The Contractor also agrees not to install those items listed in Alternate Bid "C". All payments,
i.: for this change order will be paid as line item work. The City and Contractor agree that quantities of work for the
'Kimball Park portion of work equal to the difference in price between Alternate Bids "D" and "C shall be removed
`from the scope of work to make this a zero sum change order and there will be no other costs to the City.

By signing this Change Order the Contractor confirms that he/she is completely familiar with its terms and conditions and has fairly negotiated
its price, terms and conditions. If this Change Order is approved, Contractor will provide all of the equipment, materials and labor necessary to
provide a complete work as described above at that the price stated herein. Additionally, Contractor confirms that the price is fair and complete
and represents all costs associated with the work, including but not limited to all equipment, materials, labor, supervision, overhead, fees,
bonds, insurance, profit, etc. and that there will be no further compensation. All of the terms and conditions of the original contract documents
are incorporated herein.
