Reason/Purpose for this Change Order:
!This change order will adjust quantities of some of the items of work to make room in the budget for newly
?identified higher priority ADA complaince work in El Toyon Park. The additional work will provide ADA access
;around the Sports Field and Dog Run facilities with asphalt instead of DG for all weather access. The additional
jclearing, grubbing and grading includes removal of tree stumps, grading for new fence alignment and disposal
of excess and diliterous material to provide better ADA acccess in and around the El Toyon Park.
The City of National City and Contractor agree to the following change to the original Contract:
The Contractor agrees to perform grading, clearing, grubbing and restoration work in El Toyon Park as shown
on Attachment "A" in the amount of $4,525 and additional grading and asphalt paving as shown on Attachment
"A" in the amount of $23,200 and reduce the quantity of work in Kimball Park for the various items of work which
makes this a zero sum change order and there will be no other additional costs to the City.

and represents all costs associated with the work, including but not limited to all equipment, materials, labor, supervision, overhead, fees,
bonds, insurance, profit. etc. and that there will be no further compensation. All of the terms and conditions of the original contract documents
are incorporated herein.

Reason/Purpose for this Change Order.
This Change Order is to add pedestrian ramps, curb, gutter and sidewalk on 17th Street at the request of the
City.
The City of National City and Contractor agree to the following change to the original Contract:
The Contractor agrees to remove and dispose of existing concrete improvements and install 2 pedestrian
ramps, 20 I.f. of curb and gutter and 105 square feet of 4" sidewalk per the applicable regional standard
drawings. The work shall be completed by May 27th including cleanup and restoration. The total cost for the
work shall be $4,850 which includes but is not limited to labor, materials, equipment, fees, overhead, taxes,
subcontractors, bonds and profit and there shall be no additional cost to the City.
