County, described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the Southerly line of said Lot Nine, distant thereon South
71° West 620 feet from the Southeasterly corner of said Lot, said point of commencement
being in the center of a public street 80 feet wide running Easterly and Westerly; thence
North 19° West 249 feet to the true point of beginning; being a point on the Southwesterly
line of a parcel of lancd conveyed to San Diego Wholesale Credit Men's Association by
