Reason/Purpose for this Change Order:
[While constructing the Harbor View Condo Project on 8th Avenue and D Street in National City, the Developer
'failed to underground utilities on the southeast corner of the development per its agreement with the City. The
'City has since obtained funds from the property owner to complete this undergrounding. The current contractor
will be performing similar undergrounding work on 8th Street as a part of the current project and therefore the
Engineering Department recommends that this work be added to the current project.
CHANGE ORDER NO. 10

The City of National City and Contractor agree to the following change to the original Contract:
The Contractor shall install 68 LF of Mainline Trench, furnish and install 68 LF of 2" electric conduit, and install 68'
LF of concrete encasement to the southeast of the condo development located at 8th Avenue and D Street. The
;Contractor shall be compensated for these items of work in accordance with the unit bid price for these items of
'work. The calculation for compensation under this change order is found on Attachment "A", attached hereto and/
incorporated herein. The Contractor and City agree that all costs for the work described above are included in
!the price of this Change Order.

and represents all costs associated with the work, including but not limited to all equipment, materials, labor, supervision, overhead, fees,
bonds, insurance, profit, etc. and that there will be no further compensation. All of the terms and conditions of the original contract documents
