The City of National City and Contractor agree to the following change to the original Contract: Contractor will jack hammer and reduce the cone elevation then substitute the existing 24" MH with a new 36" frame and cover, reconstruct/mortar set 2-3 grade rings, and pour a concrete collar. This will allow for adjustment to the new design grades.
