Reason/Purpose for this Change Order: Upon mobilizing to complete Change Order No. 10, SDG&E instructed the Contractor to cease work on the change order until SDG&E was able to seta utility pole at 9th and D. This resulted in an approximately three month delay. Due to the delay, the Contractor was required to remove all equipment from the work site and to re mobilize their equipment in order to complete Change Order No. 10. This resulted in additional costs to the Contractor. CHANGE ORDER NO. 28 April 14, 2013 The City of National City and Contractor agree to the following change to the original Contract: The cost for the additional mobilization is specified on Attachment "A", which is attached hereto and incorporated herein. The Contractor and City agree that all costs for any additional labor, equipment, materials, or other costs '! is included in the price of this Change Order. If this Change Order is approved, Contractor will provide all of the equipment, materials and labor necessary to provide a complete work as described above at that the price stated herein. Additionally, Contractor confirms that the price is fair and complete and represents all costs associated with the work, including but not limited to all equipment, materials, labor, supervision, overhead, fees, bonds, insur• • e, profit, etc. and that there will be no further compensation.
